Hey, I’m Brooke, and welcome to my beautifully chaotic corner of the internet!
I'm a toddler mum (send snacks), a blogger living in the UK, and someone who’s spent most of her adult life wrestling with time blindness, clutter chaos, and that constant ADHD soundtrack of “where did I put that again?”
Yes, I have ADHD, and for years I felt like I was just bad at being an adult. I’d see other people’s tidy homes and colour-coded calendars and wonder how on earth they were doing it without crying into a pile of unfolded laundry.
For the longest time, I thought I just needed to “try harder,” but let’s be honest, that never worked.
So instead, I got smart about it.
I stopped chasing Pinterest-perfect results and started building real-life systems that actually work for real-life brains. Think forgetful, overwhelmed, and easily distracted - that’s me.
I figured out how to organise my home in a way that doesn’t require a personality transplant, how to clean without burning out, and how to stay on top of things without having a meltdown.
This blog is where I share everything I’ve learned. There’s no fluff, no shame, just honest tips and ADHD-friendly strategies (but you don't have to be neuro-spicy to benefit from them!) that make life feel a whole lot less like a constant game of catch-up.
Whether you're drowning in clutter, can’t remember the last time you vacuumed, or just want your space to feel more like a sanctuary and less like a stress zone, you’re in the right place.
Pull up a chair (or a laundry basket) and let’s make home life simpler, calmer, and way more doable, one messy drawer at a time.
